How Bed Size Lab validates measurements
Every dimension lives in one auditable data model with its market, source type, review date, variation note, and agreement status.
Source selection
We prefer industry associations, national manufacturers, current country-specific product guides, and product specifications. We cross-check two sources where practical.
Disagreements
We record minor variation instead of averaging it away. Australian and US finished-product examples show why rounding and manufacturer dimensions matter.
Equivalency
Nearest equivalents are calculated from width and length differences. We never infer equivalence from names such as King, Queen, Double, or Single.
Keyword validation
The English launch map uses Semrush Keyword Overview data checked in a signed-in browser session through 2026-09-11. Search volume and keyword difficulty are planning inputs—not traffic forecasts—and no page is created from demand alone.
