Bed Size Lab does not use advertising or personalization cookies. Limited first-party measurement uses a per-session identifier; Google Analytics loads only after you allow it.

Essential operation

The public reference site does not require an account or a behavioral cookie. Hosting infrastructure may use essential security mechanisms.

Optional project storage

If you choose Save in the bedroom planner, the site stores that project in your browser’s local storage. If you choose Save stack in the pocket-depth tool, the measured layer values are stored for reuse in the bedding-fit calculator. This data is used only to restore your work on that device, is not an advertising identifier, and can be removed from the tool where available or through browser settings.

Anonymous first-party measurement

The site uses session storage for a random, per-session analytics identifier and local storage for a simple visited-before flag. The flag is not unique and no persistent visitor ID is sent. These values support privacy-conscious traffic and feature measurement, are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and can be cleared in browser settings. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track disables this measurement.

Tracking technologies

Google Analytics does not load unless you choose Allow Google Analytics. If separately allowed, it may use browser storage to distinguish visits and measure pages and approved tool actions. It does not receive entered measurements, files, filenames, project names, or notes.

Review your choice

Open /cookies/?analytics=choices to review or change your analytics choice. Advertising, affiliate tracking, and personalization remain disabled.
